<br />January 11,2007 <br /> <br />Rick Brown <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 721 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br /> <br />Dear Rick: <br /> <br />The Metro Basin Roundtable underwent an evaluation and approval process of the <br />Chatfield Reservoir Reallocation EIS/FR project at our January 10, 2007 monthly <br />meeting. The evaluation included the review of a project abstract that contained a <br />summary of the project, definition of project scope and budget, identification of project <br />beneficiaries, and an overview of how this project provides for future water supply, <br />environmental and recreational needs of the Metro Basin. <br /> <br />A motion was made and seconded to approve the project as requested, which requires an <br />allocation of $1 03,000 for the project to The Greenway Foundation from the Metro Basin <br />account using the Water Supply Reserve Account. <br /> <br />The motion carried based on a voting quorum with 17 members voting for the motion <br />with none in opposition.
