Twenty-seven voting members of the <br />Roundtable were present for this meeting, and after discussion, pre-printed ballots were <br />distributed to all voting members. Members were instructed that even if a project had <br />requested to be funded by Basin funds, they could vote for both or just for State wide <br />funds, if they felt that the project should be funded, but did not want to support funding <br />from the Basin funds. <br />
