<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />$60,600,000 to the Southeastern Colorado water conservancy district <br />water activity enterprise and $8,844,570 to the Penrose water district <br />water activity enterprise from the severance tax trust fund perpetual base <br />account. <br />Appropriates the following amounts from the construction fund for <br />the following projects: <br />. $40,000 for the upper Arkansas river basin ground water <br />bibliography; <br />. $200,000 for the upper Arkansas river basin decision <br />support system feasibility study; <br />. $200,000 for the Colorado decision support system <br />modeling and engineering support services; <br />. $40,000 for the snowmelt timing study; <br />. $500,000 to continue floodplain map modernization; <br />. $250,000 for the floodplain decision support system; <br />. $600,000 to continue the Chatfield reservoir reallocation <br />study; <br />. $150,000 to continue the weather modification program; <br />. $150,000 for the drought mitigation planning technical <br />assistance program; <br />. $500,000 for evaluating water needs and alternatives <br />analysis; <br />. $65,000 for CCC ditch rehabilitation on the San Miguel <br />flver; <br />. $150,000 for recreational in-channel diversions and <br />instream flow water rights studies; <br />. $150,000 for the water conservation public awareness <br />research study; <br />. $1,500,000 for the South Platte river and Arkansas river <br />basins alternative agriculture water transfer sustainability <br />grant program; and <br />. $100,000 for the Rocky Mountain fen demonstration <br />proj ect. <br />Continuously appropriates to the Colorado water conservation <br />board all revenue from weather modification permit fees. Increases the <br />board's authority to make loans without legislative approval from <br />$5,000,000 to $25,000,000. <br />Transfers $300,000 from the unreserved cash in the construction <br />fund to the flood response fund in order to restore the unencumbered <br />balance in the flood response fund. <br /> <br />1 <br />2 <br /> <br />Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br />SECTION 1.
