<br />Table 2 shows that the summer flow recommendation of 4.2 cfs is available at least 50% of the <br />time May 15 through July 31. Table 2 also shows that the winter flow recommendation of 2.9 <br />cfs is only available at least 50% of the time from August 1 through August 31. The winter flow <br />recommendation was further reduced to 1.35 cfs for the time period of September 1 through <br />October 31 and 0.55 efs for the time period of November I through May 14 based on limited <br />water availability. <br /> <br />Precipitation Data <br />Staff reviewed local precipitation data sets from 2 different sites located around the Tunnel <br />Gulch Drainage (see Precipitation Data in Appendix C). These sites include Twin Lakes and <br />Sugarloaf Reservoir.
