These tests <br />involved one or more of the following: the background IFN concentration; <br />constant background IFN concentration fields vs. initial concentrations that <br />could evolve through advection and diffusion; the number of IFN released per <br />gram of Agl burned; several rates of Agl activation based on a range of <br />empirically derived possibilities; and the inclusion of a second cloud water <br />mode, which along with the standard mode provided a bimodal cloud water <br />
