EXHffiITS TO BE INTRODUCED AT HEARING <br /> <br />1) January 2005 Staff Report on Anthracite Creek: Covers Ruby Anthracite Creek to Coal <br />Creek and contains the written recommendation, supporting field data, photographs, maps, <br />gage data and water availability analyses, attached as Exhibit 2. <br /> <br />2) January 2005 Staff Report on Coal Creek: Covers Little Gunnison Creek to Anthracite Creek <br />and contains the written recommendation, supporting field data, photographs, maps, gage <br />data and watef availability analyses, attached as Exhibit 3. <br /> <br />3) May 2005 CWCB Memorandum, Agenda Item 22, contains a summary of the contested <br />instream flow appropriations and a modified hearing schedule, attached as Exhibit 4. <br /> <br />4) July 2005 CWCB Memorandum, Agenda Item 14, contains background information on the contested <br />instream flow appropriations and Staffs request to table unti12006, attached as Exhibit 5. <br /> <br />5) March 2006 CWCB Memorandum, Agenda Item 22, contains study results from the CDM <br />analysis of the consumptive use demands in the North Fork of the Gunnison River and a <br />water availability analysis in the North Fork of the Gunnison Basin. The Memorandum also <br />includes a request that the Board form its intent to appropriate ISF rights on the stream and a <br />request that the Board adopt a modified hearing schedule, attached as Exhibit 6. <br /> <br />Staff may introduce demonstrative, rebuttal or other exhibits as allowed by the CWCB or agreed . <br />upon by the Parties. <br /> <br />D. WITNESSES <br /> <br />The following witnesses may testify at the hearing as described below, may give rebuttal <br />testimony, and may be available at the hearing to answer questions from the Board. <br /> <br />1) Mark Uppendahl, Physical Scientist and instream flow coordinator for the CDOW (resume <br />provided upon request). Mr. Uppendahl will testify generally on how the CDOW conducts <br />the R2Cross analysis as a basis for ISF fecommendations, and specifically on the R2Cross <br />analysis and other biological bases for the subject ISF recommendations. Mr. Uppendahl <br />may give opinion testimony. <br /> <br />2) JeffBaessler, Physical Scientist for the CWCB (resume provided upon request). Mr. <br />Baessler will testify on how the CWCB Staff formulates the basis for its recommendations. <br />Mr. Baessler may give opinion testimony and testify on water availability. <br /> <br />3) Todd Doherty, Physical Scientist for the CWCB (resume provided upon request).
