Coupled <br />with the fact that the Paonia Reservoir is :filling with sediment at the rate of 100 Ac ftIyr, an ISF would <br />severely impede future development in the drainage. . <br /> <br />In conclusion, the Ragged Mountain Water Users Association would recommend that the <br />CWCB focus on building upstream reservoir augmentation sources. These creeks have huge potential <br />Storage could reduce future demand shortages, (Model shows excess flow available for storage during <br />runoff months in many years.) provide more consistent and reliable ISF, and provide water to meet <br />Compact obligations.
