The winter flow recommendation of 39 cfs is available at least <br />50% of the time from July 15th to August 14th. Based on limited water availability, the winter <br />flow recommendation was reduced to 17 cfs from August 15th to March 31 st. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Precipitation Data <br />Staff reviewed a local precipitation data set from one site located near the Anthracite Creek <br />Drainage (see Precipitation Data in Appendix C). Table 3 shows the water year and the percent <br />of average precipitation recorded at each site.
