NOTICE OF TIME CHANGE FOR PREHEARING CONFERENCE

Due to a scheduling conflict, the Hearing Officer, Deputy Attorney General Casey Shpall, will
commence the Prehearing Conference 30 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. The
Prehearing Conference will now begin at 8:30 3.m. on September 15, 2006, in Room 310 of the
State Services Building, 1525 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado. Please proceed to the th floor
