Your competent staff, through Mark Uppendahl, has already assisted the Board in this <br />regard. We thank you, and him, for this support. The City has asked the Board to expedite this <br />process by considering proceeding with an appropriation in March 2006. We intend to request that the <br />Board go forward in this regard. We hope that your staff will be able to provided continued instream <br />flow analysis and biological support regarding this request for this reach of stream.
