Case Nos. 7-W- <br />1603-76F & 76J. 02-CW-85. & 02-CW-86. <br /> <br />The parties are awaiting the Division 7 Water Court's rulings in the <br />diligence case concerning the Southwestern District's conditional water rights for <br />the A-LP Project, which was tried in April of 2006, and in the four cases <br />concerning changes to the tribal water rights decrees to match the amendments to <br />the Ute Settlement Act, which were tried during August, 2006. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4.
