Staff Recommendation

Sta ff recommends the Board request that the General Assembly authorize up to $40,000 from the Construction
Fund to be appropriated to the USGS to study chariges in the timing of snowmelt onset in the Colorado Rocky
Mountains and its possible impact on Colorado water resources.
