The CWCB will strive to ensure that funding is available for each funding cycle, while at the same time addressing applications to fund water activities. . In January 2010 any uncommitted (not under contract) monies remaining in any Basin Account will be transferred to the Statewide Account. . On June 30, 2010 any uncommitted (not under contract) monies remaining in the Statewide Account will revert back to the Operation Account of the Severance Tax Fund.
