Water Supply Protection Section - San Juan RIP Program Document Revisions and <br />Adoption <br />Tape 2, Track I 00:26:36 - 00:40:36 <br />Action: A motion was made by Don Schwindt and seconded by Travis Smith to approve <br />Staffs recommendation that the Board concur with the recommended revisions <br />to the San Juan Recovery Implementation Program (SJRIP) and direct Staff to <br />support the adoption of the revised documents at the next meeting of the SJRIP <br />Coordination Committee. The motion was approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />21. Water Supply Protection Section - Colorado River Consumptive Uses and Losses and <br />High-Altitude Crop Coefficients <br />Tape 2, Track 1 00:40:36 - 01: 12:09 <br />Action: A motion was made by Don Schwindt and seconded by Russell George to move <br />Staffs recommendation that the Board direct Staff to work with the USBR to <br />accept the incorporation of the high-altitude approach into their consumptive uses <br />and losses reporting, to more solidly utilize the peer review process, and to <br />continue to raise the issue with the Upper Colorado River Commission. The <br />motion was approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />22a. Water Supply Protection Section - Platte River Cooperative Agreement - Update <br />Tape 2, Track 1 01:48:35 - 02:05:43 <br />Action: Agenda Item 22a and 22b were included together. A motion was made by Eric <br />Wilkinson and seconded by Carl Trick to approve Staffs recommendation that <br />the Board encourage the Director ofthe Colorado Department of Natural <br />Resources to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for <br />implementation and operation of the Colorado portion of the Platte River <br />Recovery Implementation Plan, between the State of Colorado and the South <br />Platte Water-Related Activities Program, Inc. (SWRAP), and a Memorandum of <br />Agreement (MOA) between SPWRAP and the Colorado Division of Wildlife to <br />take other appropriate cooperative actions in support of the Program, and a <br />cooperative effort between the State and Colorado water users. The motion was <br />approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />22b. Water Supply Protection Section - Platte River Cooperative Agreement - SPWRAP <br />MOU with State and MOA between SPWRAP and CDOW <br />Tape 2, Track 1 01:48:35 - 02:05 :43 <br />Action: Agenda Item 22b was included in Agenda Item 22a. <br /> <br />23a.
