Irthe applicant intends to change the place or use. a more detailed evaluation of the
historic consumptive use will be required prior to recommending approval of the water
right. However, if it is the intent of the applicant to continue to irrigate a portion of the
lands that were irrigated under Case No. 95CW31, we could recommend approval of the
change with conditions to prevent injury to the in-stream flow water right as listed below.
A map of the irrigated acreage that is to be irrigated by this water right should be
included as an attachment to the decree.
