Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation
Board (CWCB) will be held on Monday, November 13,2006, commencing at
10:00 a.m. and continuing through Tuesday, November 14,2006 at 12:00 p.m.
This meeting will be held at the Red Lion Hotel at 4040 Quebec Street, Denver, CO
80216.

Notice is hereby given that Contested Instream Flow (ISF) Appropriation Hearings
on Arkansas River, and Anthracite Creek and Coal Creek will be held on Tuesday, November
14,2006, commencing at 1:00 p.m. These hearings will be held at the Red Lion Hotel at 4040
Quebec Street, Denver, CO 80216.

Notice is hereby given that the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) will hold a
Rlcn Rulemaking Hearing on Wednesday, November 15,2006, commencing at 8:00 a.m.,
and continuing through 10:00 a.m.. This meeting will be held at the Red Lion Hotel at 4040
Quebec Street, Denver, CO 80216.

Notice is hereby given that the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) will hold a
Rlcn Hearing on the water right application by the Town of Avon on Wednesday, November
15,2006, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting will be held at the Red Lion Hotel at 4040
Quebec Street, Denver, Colorado 80216.

Although dates and times are indicated in this notice and in the following agenda, the
CWCB may address and take action on noticed items in any order. Known changes will be
announced at the beginning of the meeting. This notice, any late notice( s) of additional items,
and most of the briefing memos prepared for the CWCB will be posted at 1313 Sherman Street,
Suite 721, and on our Internet Web site at: www.cwcb.state.co.us.

CWCB encourages citizens to express their views and provide information to the Board
on every agenda item. This can be done by sending an email [e-mail]
sending a letter to the Board Director or its Chairman, or by attending the meeting. If you attend
a meeting, simply fill out a comment sheet and give it to the Board Coordinator at the recording
station. The Board will appreciate hearing your views when it reaches that agenda item.
