Statewide Water Supply Initiative - Phase 2 Update

During June-August, the SWSI team has developed Water Supply and Needs Reports for the 9
Interbasin Compact Basin Roundtables based on the SWSI Report. In addition, the SWSI team has
presented information about SWSI at the Interbasin Compact Basin Roundtable Meetings. These
presentations have provided basic information from the SWSI report and also detailed presentations
on the Water Supply and Needs Reports. The following items will be discussed and are included as
attachments to this memo:

· Status of Water Conservation and Efficiency, Alternative Agricultural Transfers, Recreation and
Environment Needs, and Addressing the Gap TRTs
· Draft outline for the SWSI Phase 2 Report
· Schedule

No formal action is requested of the Board at this time.
