<br />Ensure Board meetings are conducted to efficiently convey infonnation and promote <br />dec ision- making. <br /> <br />Provide communications to the Board in an effective manner, promoting two-way <br />communications between staff and the Board, to highlight key issues for Board reaction <br />and guidance. <br /> <br />CWCB recognizes the value of technology and emerging analytical tools and models. It <br />is the goal ofCWCB to have each section coordinate with the Water Information Section <br />to ensure efficient and cost effecting operation of the agency. <br /> <br />Management (Managerial, Fiscal, and Personnel) <br /> <br />. Managerial <br />a Assure that excellence is the Board and staff standard. <br />a Motivate employees to improve performance, provide training <br />opportunities and demonstrate effective methods of supervision by <br />reviewing and discussing workload, supervisory and performance <br />planning issues with staff. <br />a Create and implement appropriate office policies. <br />a Keep the Board's rules, policies and guidelines current to ensure their <br />effective and practical implementation and application. <br />a Ensure fiscal responsibility in project management. <br /> <br />.
