Specific areas related to technical support and consulting <br />include: <br /> <br />. Intra- and inter-state water quantity management <br />. Inter-state water quality issues <br />· Guide and counsel those wanting to develop water <br />. Environmental and recreational issues <br />. Reviewing RICD applications and making appropriate recommendations, and <br />lead efforts to improve RICD administrative/hearing and mlemaking processes <br />.
