Their current water supply is from the Little Thompson River, which
they treat with a micro-filtration unit. The District has no water storage and has been greatly impacted by the
on-going drought. This project will provide the following water components: construction of 51 acre-foot
Crow Lane Reservoir No.1, a new pump station, 5500 linear feet of 6-inch transmission pipe, modifications
to their infiltration gallery, and the purchase of 90 shares ofCBT water. The pipeline portion of the project
was bid in April of 2006, with the low bidder being Temple Construction, at a bid price of $510,000. This
work has been completed. Work on the pump station has commenced, with the construction of the reservoir
being delayed, due to problems with land acquisition.

31. This lack of production resulted in the residence having to haul
water to meet their demands. This project involves the replacement of the existing well with a new 950-
foot deep well that will produce at the original pump rate of 30 gpm. The project is currently under
construction by Reaksecker Drilling, Sadalia, Colorado. Project completion is tentatively scheduled for
November of 2006.

32.
