<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item l.d <br />Case No. 4-06CWI19: Application of John Hendricks <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for changes of water rights near Gateway in Mesa County. Applicant seeks to <br />add points of diversion and places of use for the Bartholomew and Hatch Ditch and the Cliff Ranch <br />Ditch. Applicant proposes to establish alternate points for its interest in said Ditches at a <br />consolidated point of diversion near the existing diversion point for the Cliff Ranch Ditch as well as <br />at a new downstream consolidated pumping plant, to be known as the Hendricks Pump & Pipeline <br />No.1. Applicant proposes to use the diverted water to irrigate (I) the land originally irrigated, (2) <br />additional parcels, or (3) a combination thereof. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />CWCB Case Stream/Lake Amount Approp.
