Notice is hereby given that a Finance Sub-Committee Meeting of the
Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) will be held on Tuesday, September
19,2006, commencing at 8:00 a.m. and continuing to 11 :00 a.m. This meeting will
be held at the Evergreen Lodge Vail at 250 S. Frontage Road West, Vail, CO 81657.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting ofthe Colorado Water Conservation Deputy Director
Board (CWCB) will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2006, commencing at 11:00 a.m. and
continuing to 12:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Evergreen Lodge Vail at 250 S.
Frontage Road West, Vail, CO 81657.

Notice is hereby given that a Contested Instream Flow (ISF) Appropriation Hearing
on Elkhead and Armstrong Creeks will be held on Tuesday, September 19,2006, commencing
at 1:00 p.m. This hearing will be held at the Evergreen Lodge Vail at 250 S. Frontage Road
West Vail, CO 81657.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board
(CWCB) will reconvene on Tuesday, September 19, 2006, commencing at 4:20 p.m., and
continuing through Wednesday, September 20,2006. This meeting will be held at the
Evergreen Lodge Vail at 250 S. Frontage Road West, Vail, CO 81657.

Although dates and times are indicated in the following agenda, the CWCB may address
and take action on agenda items in any order. Known changes in agenda will be announced at
the beginning ofthe meeting. This notice, any late notice(s) of additional items, and most of the
briefing memos prepared for the CWCB will be posted at 1313 Sherman Street, Suite 721, and
on our Internet Web site at: www.cwcb.state.co.us.

CWCB encourages citizens to express their views and provide information to the Board
on every agenda item. This can be done by sending an email [e-mail]
sending a letter to the Board Director or its Chairman, or by attending the meeting. If you attend
a meeting, simply fill out a comment sheet and give it to the Board Coordinator at the recording
station. The Board will appreciate hearing your views when it reaches that agenda item.
