If approved, the applicant shall submit 1 mylar and 10 <br />signed copies of the Landscape Plan to the City Administrator or designee within 30 <br />calendslr days of the approval. <br /> <br />10-14-E> Required Elements of Landscaoe Plan. <br />The proposed Landscape Plan shall be prepared by a registered architect, <br />landscape architect, registered land surveyor, qr professional engineer except that this <br />requirement may be waived by the City Administrator or designee for projects that are <br />not so c:omplex that the use 'of the registered or licensed professionals Is necessary <br />to enable the City Administrator or designee and/or the Planning and Zoning <br />Commis.sion to make a decision that complies with the requirements set forth in this <br />Article. The Landscape Plan shall be prepared at a scale not less than 1 inch = 50 <br />feet and on a sheet size of 24 H by 36". The plan shall contain the following <br />information: <br />A. Date, north arrow, written and graphic scale, name and address <br />of project, parcel size and legal description. <br />B. The property line$ and dimensions. <br />C. The location, size and surface materials of all structures, <br />topographic contours, parking areas, sidewalks, storm water detention areas, signs <br />and othElr man-made elements. <br />D. The location, type, size and quantity of major existing plant <br />material to remain on site. <br />E. The location, type, size and quantity of proposed plant and other <br />landscaping materials. Common and botanical names shall be noted adjacent to all <br />plant materials or by use of a key and legend. . <br />F~ Location .and type of irrigation system. <br />G. "Vicinity map of the areas surrounding the site for 1/2 mile. <br />H. Landscape maintenance note to include requirements of Section <br />I. Signature blocks for the property owner and the City Administrator <br />o"r'designee, the Planning and Zoning Commission or the City Council dependent on <br />the approving authority. <br /> <br />10-14-7 Review Criteria. <br />A. , The City Administrator or designee, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and/or City Counci' shall review the Landscape Plan to determine If the <br />proposed plan is in conformance with tne following standards and criteria: <br />1. .
