<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />GRANT APPLICATION - PART 2 <br />GRANT CONDITIONS <br /> <br />Applicants for the Office of Water Conservation Grant Program are subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The requesting body must be a designated agency as defined and covered by the <br />definition of a public agency, Section 4 (37-60-125) of HB 1154. <br /> <br />2. The amount of the grant may not exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000). <br /> <br />3. The recipient of funds agrees to commence the work for which the grant funds are <br />made available within 6 months. <br /> <br />4. Failure to begin the project following receipt of on initial payment will authorize the State <br />to seek repayment of the grant funds on such terms and conditions as it may <br />determine. <br /> <br />5. The recipient of funds agrees to develop and adhere to a schedule for State review of <br />project outputs to assure that the scope and extent of project results are completed as <br />scheduled. <br /> <br />6. The recipient of funds agrees to notify the State promptly of any problems encountered <br />during the project. <br /> <br />7. A portion (10%) of project costs will be withheld until Final report completion and <br />acceptance of Final report documenting results. <br /> <br />8. The applicant agrees to provide a project administrator through its own agency.
