Phase 1 and 2 are completed. Additional funds sought will have to be predicated
on the outcome of the feasibility study. Therefore, at this time, the $45,000
grant dollars requested for funding for construction would be deferred until
successful completion of Phase 1 and 2. For its share, UNC will provide in-kind
services that aid and assist the feasibility and final design. Examples of in-
kind services would include, but are not limited to, providing land survey data,
water rights documents and whatever is requested by the contractors. It is
estimated the time to complete this project will be four to six months.
