A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) was
convened at the Fort Lewis College, College Union Building, Ballroom, 1000 Rim
Drive, Durango, Colorado 81301. The meeting was called to order by Chair John Redifer. Ten
voting members were present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six required).
Voting Board members present were Chair John Redifer, Vice Chair Travis Smith, Keith Catlin,
Barbara Biggs, Harold Miskel, Don Schwindt, Tom Sharp, Carl Trick, Eric Wilkinson, and
Executive Director, Department of Natural Resources, Russell George. Ex Officio members
present or represented were CWCB Director Rod Kuharich, CWCB Deputy Director Dan
McAuliffe, 'and Deputy Attorney General Casey Shpall.
