LATER TAP FEE ($600.00> IF NOT PUT IN WHEN LINE IS LAID_ THERE WILL BE A $90.00 ANNUAL USE FEE THAT CAN BE PAID IN A LUMP SUM, OR DURING IRRIGATION SEASON, APRIL - OCTOBER OR 12 EQUAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS.. The Town of Nucla has adopted the following policy, which outlines the services that the Town will provide in the installation of a raw water tap and the conditions under which fees will be charged: When a raw water tap is purchased from the Town, the Town will furnish the labor and materials needed to tap the raw main. The tap will be placed within five feet of the property line. No one except the Town of Nucla may tap onto the raw water line. A 1" tap is intended to service one property, regardless of the size of' the property. The Town will not allow raw water to be piped to other property. Property owners tapping onto the Town of Nucla Raw Water Irrigation Sys.tem understand this water is to be used for irrigation only and should be marked as such_ The Town of Nucla will not be held liable for persons drinking the raw water. Waste Water from the Raw Water System should be used judicially that no waste water leaves personal property_ The Town of Nucla shall have the right at any time without notice to shut off the water in the Town raw water system, for the purpose of making repairs, connections, extensions, or for other useful or necessary purposes, including the right to shut off water for a breach or violation. No raw water user or property owner shall be entitled to any damages or to have any portion of paYment refunded for any interruption of raw water supply_
