The reservoir will not only act as a water <br />efficient irrigation system for the Town, the reservoir is also <br />provide the citizens of the community with a multiuse <br />recreational facility_ The new irrigation system will reduce thel <br />capital cost associated with compliance to the EPA's Safe <br />Drinking Water Act regulations, extend the life of the current <br />treatment plant, and provide reduction in water cost to the West <br />
