<br />Application for Water Efficiency Grant Program: Colorado Watershed Network <br /> <br />as an additionaJ,1S%. The administtative value is worth approxi:to.a.tely <br />$23,300. <br /> <br />A. Budget & operations- provide general oversight of ptoje.ct and budget. <br />B. Dispersal of funds- manage incoming checks, payroll, invoice.s, etc. <br />C' Grant obligations- reporting, including the :final Project report in June 2008. <br />D. Annual goals & perfoImance measures- c.tea.te annual goals and benchmaili <br />E. Determine long-range strategy- Significant partners aze expected to come to <br />the table, including w:ban contributions from stormwater pennit holders and <br />2:U!al agricultural interests, such as the Colorado Foundation for Agriculture and <br />Conservation Districts. In addition watershed groups, such as the Cheny Creek <br />Ste~..ardship Partners, Big Thompson Watershed Forum, Boulder WASH, and <br />the Roaring Fork Conservancy are likely to provide matching time to this <br />pxogcam. Other entities are likely to include the League of Women Voters <br />AWARE Colorado pxogram, Arapahoe County, Douglas County, City of Aurora, <br />and-others. <br />F. Statewide committee- put together a K~12 water education committee if <br />detettnined to be necessaty by stakeholders. <br /> <br />6.
