The selected alternative is to construct a diversion structure and <br />pump station on the Colorado River to offset administrative calls on Main Elk Creek. <br />Diverted water would be treated at the existing plant for direct distribution into the <br />Town's system. The diversion structure would be a subsurface infiltration gallery and <br />pump station on the Colorado River.
