It should refer to "Appendix A" of the original contract in which Orchard Mesa resolves to pledge <br />revenues to repay the loan (see paragraph 6 of-Appendix A). <br /> <br />The effect of the language in the amendment is to require Orchard Mesa to increase its rates to provide adequate revenue <br />to meet its debt obligations.
