1979-Present After I sold the title company I moved to Brush, Colorado, and opened my
real estate office at it's current location.

1977-1979 In January of 1977, I moved to Fort Morgan, Colorado, and started Morgan
Surety Title Company. I operated the title company until I sold the
company in 1979.

1972-1977 In 1972, I got my real estate brokers license and operated my own real
estate company until 1977 .

1966-1972 I worked as a real estate salesman for Goodman Realty in Akron,
Colorado.

1966-1972 I was a member of the Colorado National Guard unit in Fort Morgan and
was honorably discharged in 1972.

1961-1965 I attended Colorado State University and graduated with a degree in
Animal Nutrition in December of 1965.

The scope of my real estate business has been farm and ranch brokerage, farm management, and fann, ranch, and
commercial appraisals.

The majority of my income comes from fann, ranch, and commercial appraisal work. I employ one additional
appraiser to assist me in residential and commercial appraisals.

In 1991, the State of Colorado made it mandatory for all real estate appraisers to be licensed by July 1, 1991. I
completed the requirements to become a Licensed Certified Appraiser in the State of Colorado in June of 1991. I
was granted a Certified Appraisers License # CG01313304 on July 1, 1991.
