Box 460 <br />Grand Junction, CO 81502 <br /> <br />Rod Kuharich <br />CWCB Director <br /> <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />Deputy Director <br /> <br />Re: Contract Number CI53670B and CI50026 - Plateau Creek Pipeline Replacement Project <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Ricks: <br /> <br />This letter is to advise you that the work described in the above referenced Contracts was substantially complete as of <br />January I, 2002. <br /> <br />In accordance with the Contracts, the Ute Water Conservancy District owes $1,923,636.99 for interest during <br />construction, as calculated on the attached spreadsheets, due on March 8, 2002. Make your check for interest during construction <br />payable to the Colorado Water Conservation Board and include both Contract Numbers on the check. <br /> <br />As outlined on the Promissory Note, Attachment No.2 to Loan Contract Number C150026, Amendment No. I, the loan <br />payment in the amount of $1,093,300.42 is due on January 1, 2003. As outlined on the Promissory Note, Attachment B to Loan <br />Contract Number C153670B, Amendment No.3, the loan repayment in the amount of $654,655.68 is due on January 1,2003. <br />As requested, the annual payment date of July I for Loan Contract Number CI53670B as provided in the Promissory Note is <br />changed to January I, 2003. <br /> <br />In accordance with the Borrower's Liability Insurance Provision of the Contract, Paragrapli A.6, please note that the <br />renewed insurance certificates need to be provided to the Colorado Water Conservation Board annually. <br /> <br />It has been a pleasure of the Colorado Water Conservation Board to work with the Ute Water Conservancy District on <br />the successful completion of this project.
