<br /> ------- -- ------- -- --- -- ----- <br />. <br />Approach <br />The Consultant will complete a presentation for one public meeting to be held on a date <br />mutually agreeable to Consultant and the Town. This meeting will seek feedback on <br />the draft Water Conservation Plan and conservation goals. Consultant will facilitate the <br />public meeting. <br />The Town will coordinate the following: <br />. Announcing the public review period, holding the public hearing on the plan, and <br /> making the plan publicly available. <br />. Collecting and organizing public comments. These comments will be provided to <br /> the Consultant following the public review period. <br />. Advertising/notifying the public about the public meeting and for providing <br /> suitable public meeting facilities. <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />1. Town will review 95% draft and provide comments. <br />2. Consultant will incorporate Town comments and provide 95% draft to CWCS. <br />3. Public comments will be solicited and incorporated into the plan. <br />4. CWCS will review final plan. <br />DELNERABLES <br />Consultant will submit the following: <br />. Monthly invoices with brief progress reports. <br />. Submit 50% plan to CWCs. <br />. 95% draft plan submitted to the Town for comments prior to submission to <br /> CWCS. <br />. 95% draft plan submitted to CWCS. <br />. Final plan submitted electronically to the CWCS with all comments, including <br /> public input. <br />. Ten hard copies of the final Water Conservation Plan submitted to the Town after <br /> CWCS's final approval. <br />
