<br />Full-time Staff Involved with the Slow the Flow Colorado Irrigation Audit Program <br /> <br />C'-' <br /> <br />eRC Executive Director <br />Tom Plant comes to the CRC with an extensive background in conservation, business <br />management and policy. As a State Legislator in the Colorado General Assembly, Tom <br />has spearheaded the environmental agenda with legislation establishing a Renewable <br />Energy Portfolio Standard, Net Metering, Conservation Tax Credits and more. As the <br />Vice Chair of the Joint Budget Committee and the Chair of the House Appropriations <br />Committee, he has promoted investment in environmental conservation in the State. Tom <br />fonnerly worked for the Union of Concerned Scientists in Washington, DC promoting <br />policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and ran a small business with his wife in <br />Nederland Colorado from 1994-2001. <br /> <br />tplant@conservationcenter.org <br />303-441-3278 ext. 17 <br /> <br />CRC Operations Director <br />Seth Portner has worked for the Center for ReSource Conservation since May of 2002. <br />He has managed many programs for the Center during his tenure, and also manages the <br />staff and operations for the CRC. Construction waste recycling and its proliferation in <br />Boulder County are of particular interest to Mr. Portner. He was awarded the <br />Community Foundation's 2004 Nova Award for best environmental program for the <br />Holiday Neighborhood Construction Waste Recycling program. Mr. Portner holds a <br />B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Colorado and has done some post <br />graduate work in Urban Planning. <br /> <br />(-, <br /> <br />sportner@conservationcenter.org <br />303-441-3278 ext. 14 <br /> <br />Water Conservation Proe:ram Director <br />Kara Csibrik has been with the Center for ReSource Conservation for five years <br />following the obtainment of degrees in Environmental Studies and Geography from the <br />University of Colorado . Kara has been the Water Conservation Program Manager for the <br />Center for ReSource Conservation since January of 2004 and an assistant to the Water <br />Conservation Program and ReSource Reclaimed Building Materials Program since June <br />of 2000.
