CO 80750 <br /> <br />RE: Diversion Structure Rehabilitation <br />Loan Approval <br /> <br />Dear !vir. Lake. <br /> <br />Concerning your application for a loan from the Construction Fund. I am pleased to inform you <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) has approved your request for a $27,000 loan <br />from the Small Project Loan Account. It is our understanding these funds will be used to <br />rehabilitate the Company's diversion structure headgate on the South Platte River. <br /> <br />The CWCB approved a loan term of 10 years at an interest rate of 3,75%, I have attached .:, <br />copy of the updated Board memo concerning the Tremont Mutual Ditch Company, Please refer <br />to page 3 of that memo and to the section "Action Taken by the CWCB, March 12, 1996". <br /> <br />The Board has approved the loan subject to several conditions: <br /> <br />a, You must adhere to the CWCB Guidelines for Financial Assistance, A copy of <br />our Guidelines is attached. <br /> <br />b. The draft Feasibility Study must be completed, The draft study is being reviewed <br />by John Van Sciver of this office (303-866-3441), John will assist you with any <br />needed revisions to the study so that the content of the report is in compliance <br />with the Guidelines and statutory requirements, <br /> <br />c, An approved contract must be in place before loan funds can be disbursed. Jan <br />Illian of this office (303-866-3441) has spoken with you concerning our <br />contracting procedure, and is in the process of drafting the contract. It usually <br />takes 3 to 6 months to complete the contract. No CWCB funds can be disbursed <br />until the loan contact is signed by all parties, <br />
