The <br />diversion is in poor condition and the Company needs to rehabilitate it in 2000. The average annual <br />volume diverted is 113,111 acre-feet. The Riverside Reservoir and Land Company is a mutual ditch <br />company and a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Colorado, Jack Odor PE of G,A,S.P. will <br />complete the feasibility study. Proposed funding for the project consists of a CWCB loan for $405,000, and <br />$45,000 from the Company.
