V. and monthly accounting sheets. <br /> <br />Kansas called for releases from its account of 14,894,59 acre,feet <br />during a single run from June 20 to July 14, 1990, A separate transit <br />loss account release of 4,142,88 acre-feet was made to support <br />deliveries of Kansas account water to the Stateline, Operations of the <br />Kansas and transit loss accounts are summarized in Tables g, 10, and <br />11, These operations are also detailed on a daily basis in Appendices <br />B-12 and B-13, <br /> <br />By annual agreement between the states, the Stateline flow attributed <br />to Kansas demands for releases from JMR is calculated using a <br />lag/rundown period to account for the transit time between JMR and <br />the Stateline, To determine whether the requested release has been <br />delivered, the states further agree that no part of the daily Stateline <br />flow exceeding 105% of Kansas' demand will be credited toward those <br />deliveries, The total Stateline flow on days of Kansas demands, <br />calculated pursuant to this agreement, was 18,555 acre,feet <br />(provisional datal, adjusted to 18,581 acre-feet when final USGS <br />discharge records became available, Differences between quantities in <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />..~C.. ,,1<1 <br />
