The regularly scheduled 100th meeting in <br />Cklahana City, July 13-14, 1977, was postponed until October 19-20, 1977. <br /> <br />~eting No. <br />97th <br />98th <br />99th <br /> <br />Meeting Date <br /> <br />October 20-21, 1976 <br />January 19-20, 1977 <br />April 20-2l, 1977 <br /> <br />location <br /> <br />Wichita, Kansas <br />Albuquerque, New Mexico <br />Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. <br /> <br />These meetings consisted of two half-day sessions. They were scheduled <br />and programned by the Administrative Committee in cooperation with the AWR <br />Manber representing the host state. The details of the meeting are recorded <br />in the minutes lt1ich were prepared and distributed by the Secretary to the <br />members, participants, Congressmen, and Senators of the AWRBIAC states, <br />and to others. Prepared I?apers presented at the meetin~s, standing <br />committee reports, five-rranute reports on current activ~ties of the State <br />and Federal agencies, and other pertinent docUlTJ2nts were appended to the <br />minutes. <br /> <br />AIMINISTRATIVE CXM1ITI'EE <br /> <br />The lIdministrative Comrnittee met on three (3) occasions during the <br />reporting period. At these meetings the committee fornulated the meeting <br />agendas, selected meeting sites, reviewed correspondence and handled other <br />routine business. Minutes of these meetings are included as appendixes <br />to the regular AWRBIAC minutes. <br /> <br />STANDING CCM1ITIEES <br /> <br />The operating charges to the four standing committees are included in <br />this report as Appendix 1. The activities stmm'lries are presented below. <br /> <br />EXawa OF PRa;RAM INFORMATlOO <br /> <br />The standing committee on Exchange of Program Infonnation met twice during <br />fiscal year 1977. Both meetings were held in conjunction with the regular <br />meetings of AWRBIAC. <br /> <br />The major discussion of the October meeting involved the future charge to <br />the Committee and lt1at its role and responsibilities as part of the <br />AWRBIAC would be. <br /> <br />The new chainnan of EPIC, Darrell Mach, was introduced at the January <br />meeting for presentation of the Committe's Annual Report. The Annual <br />Report is included as Appendix II of the Minutes of the 98th Meeting. <br /> <br />5 <br />
