A task memorandum will be prepared which discusses the problem, iden-

tifies the circulation patterns and discusses opportunities for improving

reservoir mixing and circulation.

Data Evaluation

All data collected will be tabulated and distributed on a monthly basis.

Information obtained from other agencies such as the Corps of Engineers,

the Colorado Division of Wildlife and the City of Lakewood will be evaluated

and included in the interpretation of the data.

The results of the monthly data tabulation and interpretation will be in-

cluded in the problem identification report. If necessary, consultant as-

sistance will be used in the interpretation of the data to help in the

identification of water quality problems.

Problem Identification Report

Water quality and limnologic data, from both past and current studies

will be compiled and analyzed to identify major factors effecting the water

quality. This report will utilize information gained from the monitoring

program and reservoir hydrology assessment.

The following information will be discussed in the Problem Identification

Report:

1. The stratified conditio;"of the reservoir, major hydrologic inflows and

outflows and mean hydraulic retention time;

2. A summary of the available chemical and biological data demonstrating

trends in the water quality of the reservoir;

~ --,- t

10
