We are hopeful that this review <br />will provide a more realistic analysis of. reclamation projects. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />While the Conservancy District has been primarily concerned with the <br />establishment and development of our Unit, we have become increas- <br />ingly aware of the need for development of the water and other natural <br />resources in the Missouri Basin and the entire nation. This project <br />is necessary to the development and growth of North Dakota, as other <br />projects are .to their areas.
