5.1 AIR AND WATER TEMPERATURES

Air temperatures during the winter oC 1993-94 were unusually warm. Monthly maximum air temperatures near
Jensen, lIT Cor December through February were 2.9 to 9.0 .C above normal. while monlbly minimum
temperatures were 2.9 to 4.9 .C above normal Figure 4 is a comparison oC monlbly maximum and minimum
air temperatures rom pared to normal mean temperatures near Jensen, lIT.
