The Uni ted Western Investigation (J 951), which recognized the <br />, <br /> <br />possibility of a Columbia River to Colorado River diversion. <br /> <br />2. The Pacific Southwest Water Plan (1963), which suggested the diversion <br />- <br /> <br />of several Northern California rivers (Eel, Trinity and others) to the <br /> <br />Sacramento River and thence to Los Angeles and possibly Arizona. <br /> <br />3. The Snake-Colorado Project (1963), which proposed diverting portions <br />, <br /> <br />of the Snake River in Idaho to Nevada, California and Arizona. <br /> <br />4.
