The Board of County Commissioners of Prowers <br />County has made avail.lble, without charge to the Adminisrraticm, office <br />space in the courthoUtic at Lamar, Colorado. <br />(c) On November 14. 1949, in accordance with Article VIII <br />(1) of the Compact. the Administration adopted By.Laws, consistent <br />with the provisions of the Compact, a copy of which is marked Appendix <br />"A" and attached hereto, <br />(d) Under Article VIII C of the Compact, the President of the <br />United St"te~ designated Hans Kramer (Brigadier.General l),S.A.,Ret,) <br />as Representative of the United Statt~s to serve as ex-officio me.mber of <br />the Administration and to act as Chairman thereof, without vote. <br />(e) As required by the By,Laws, the following additional oflicers <br />of the Administration have been elected: <br />Vice Chairman-William E. Lea"itt of Garden City. Kansas, and <br />Secretary, Treasurer-Harry C. Nevius of Lamar, Colorado. <br />(f) Harry C. Nevius, as treasurer of the Administration, and in <br />accordance with the provisions of the By' Laws, has filed with the Ad, <br />ministration a bond for the performance of his duties in the amount of <br />$10,000, being the amount fixed by the Administration. Such bond Wa> <br />approved by the Admin;stration on the 14th day of November, 1949, and <br />copies thereof filed with appropriate fiscal officials in each of the States <br />of Colorado and Kansas, <br />(g) Under Article V of the By. Laws the following Standing Com' <br />mittecs ha'vc been appointed by the i\dministration, namely: <br />(1) Administrative and Legal: <br />Clifford H. Stone of Colorado and Roland H. Tate of <br />Kansas. <br />(2) Engineering Committee: <br />George S. Knapp of Kansas and Harry C. Nevius of <br />Colorado, <br />(3) Operations Committee: <br />Harry B.
