<br />Lower <br />Basin <br />RequirelDenis <br /> <br />31 <br /> <br />9,687.000 acre-feet of water from <br />Lake Powell, in accordance with <br />section 602(a) (3) of Public Law <br />90-537. <br /> <br />lUe"i~an Treat... <br />Obligations . <br /> <br />Annual calendar year schedules of <br />monthly deliveries of water in the <br />Iimitrophe section of the Colorado <br />River, allotted in accordance with <br />the Mexican Wa.ter Treaty signed <br />in 1944, are formulated by the <br />Mexican Section and presented to <br />the United States Section, Interna- <br />tional Boundary and Water Com- <br />mission, before the beginning of <br />each calendar year. Upon 30 days' <br />advance notice to the United States <br />Section, Mexico has the Tight to <br />modify, within the total schedule, <br />any monthly quantity prescribed <br />by the ,cbedule by not more than <br />20 percent of the monthly quan- <br />tity. In addition to the 1.5 million <br />acre.feet of scheduled Treaty de- <br />liveries, approximately 15,000 <br />acre.feet are projected for regu- <br />latory wastes and approximately <br />191,000 acre-feet of WeIlton- <br /> <br />Mohawk drainage water will be <br />bypassed around MoreIos Dam, <br />Mexico's diversion structure, <br />pursuant to minute No. 242. <br /> <br />
