The report also describes developments relat- <br />ing to other provisions of Minute No. 242. <br /> <br />In 1993, the operations were in compliance with the agreement. The <br />differential for the calendar year 1993 between 1) the average salini- <br />ty of the Colorado River waters arriving at Imperial Dam; and 2) the <br />average salinity of the waters delivered upstream of Morelos Dam was <br />-154 ppm (U.S. count), -120 ppm (Mexican count). <br /> <br />sincerely, <br /> <br />~J./~ <br /> <br />Jose S.
