Each comment <br />is being considered as to applicability and relevance to the <br />proposed action, the purpose and need of the proposed action, <br />and the extent to which the comment contributes to a <br />reasonable decision. Reciamation resource specialists, <br />working with staff specialists from the cooperating agencies <br /> <br />and other interested parties, will prepare the draft EIS and <br />forward it to all interested parties for re"iew and comment. <br />The schedule shown below notes activities completed to date <br />as well as those leading to completion of the final EIS and <br />Record of Decision.
