Potential for Restoration Points - Points are awarded according to the <br />assumed effectiveness of BMP's, and the transferability of demonstrated, <br />technologies. <br /> <br />1. Effectiveness of BMP's or Imorovements. <br /> <br />Points shall be assigned based upon the assumed effectiveness of <br />proposed p~ojects to either restore beneficial uses or reduce the <br />severity of nonpoint source impacts. Degree of severity is based upon <br />the designation found in the Colorado Nonooint Assessment Reoort. <br /> <br />A.
