Conservation Board in the Arkansas River Basin, the <br />appropriation of money for a study of Arkansas River channel <br />restoration and data collection, and authorizing penalties for <br />violations of water diversion restrictions in the Arkansas Basin. <br />I understand this legislation is anticipated to pass through the <br />Colorado General Assembly in the near future. <br /> <br />At such time as this legislation is referred to me, based on its <br />present form, I intend to sign this legislation into law. <br /> <br />
