Such <br />8 sum shall be from general funds received from the state engineer <br />9 out of the appropriation made in subsection (1) of this section. <br />10 (3LIn addition to any other appropriation. there is <br />1I hereby appropri ated. to the department of personnel. for <br />12 ~~~~~pp~t~wa~~ of central services. for the fiscal <br />13 year beQinninQ July 1. 1995. the sum of eiqht thousand eiqht <br />14 hundred seventy dollars ($8.870). or so much thereof as may be <br />15 necessary. for the provision of leased vehicles to the <br />16 department of natural resources for purposes of this act. Such <br />17 sum shall be from Qeneral funds received from the state enqineer <br />18 out of the appropriation made in subsection (1) of this section. <br />19 ill In addition to any other appropriation, there is <br />20 hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the general fund not <br />21 otherwi se appropri ated, to the department of natural resources, <br />22 for a 11 ocat ion to the state engi neer, for the fi sca 1 year <br />23 beqinninq July 1. 1996. the sum of seven hundred one thousand <br />24 eiqht hundred thirty-six dollars ($701,836) and 9.5 FTE, or so <br />25 much thereof as may be necessary, for the impl ementat i on of th is <br />26 act. <br /> <br />-9- <br /> <br />124 <br />
